Migration to Australia under the Australian State/Territory Investor Visa category is open to applicants who have had a history of successful business or investment activity and wish to emigrate to Australia to use these skills.

 

The initial four-year provisional state/territory investor visa subclass can lead to Australian permanent residence. Like so many Australia visas, this type could require the assistance of immigration law experts.

This includes both the personal as well as business net assets, direct management in a qualifying business for a minimum of one of the 5 fiscal years before submitting the application.

 

For candidates to apply for the Australian immigration successfully under the State/Territory Sponsored Investor Visa, they must undergo a detailed medical check-up including chest x-ray. A panel of experienced doctors chosen by the Australian authorities must conduct this examination. The applicant must provide police certificates from all the nations where the applicant has stayed for more than 12 months in the last 10 years before applying for visa.

 

The total required time for processing this visa is around nine to twelve months from the date of application.
