The Canada Investor Visa is available for applicants looking to make investments in one or more Businesses in Canada. The IIP (Immigration Investor Program) eventually qualifies the applicant for permanent residency. The Canadian government only allows an applicant to enter Canada with one category under the Business Visas. Once the application is submitted the candidate cannot switch onto a different category unless they withdraw.
Benefits
The IIP benefits the applicant with permanent residency after the completion of 3 years on an Investor Visa in Canada which then leads to Canadian Citizenship.
The applicant doesn’t need a Workpermit or a sponsor to apply for a Canada Investor Visa. A successful applicant is free to seek employment in Canada or invest in different businesses within the country.
Eligibility Criteria
All applicants looking to apply for a Canada Investor Visa must suffice the mandatory requirements listed below to be eligible for an Investor Visa. A point based assessment is also done to see how the client qualifies under several different requirements.
