Illegal Zimbabweans Removed by South Africa Immigration

The illegal visa holders in South Africa are now facing the wrath of the South Africa immigration authorities. The South African immigration authorities are removing the Zimbabweans staying in South Africa with illegal visas. This removal has taken place in large numbers. This has primarily occurred due to the sudden crackdown of the South African Home Affairs Department.

Among the illegal residents in South Africans, the Zimbabweans form the majority, they were being asked to abandon their residential areas in South Africa, and most of them were found to use fraudulent passports that they have obtained in Zimbabwe. The case of fake visas has emerged as a major issue in South Africa, where it is even tougher to remove them without any proof. The starting of the crackdown was the day the majority of the immigrants, when asked to leave, claimed that they were of South African origins. Because of this, the authorities also made a declaration according to which they will be investigating the authenticity of the documents of the immigrants. In this case, the documents would not be confiscated. This step was taken primarily to minimize the chances of accidental confiscation of any South African document that is genuine. Thus investigation of the documents seem like a better option to the South African immigration authorities. It was becoming tough for the immigration authorities of South Africa to prevent people from using fraudulent passports. In fact, the aspect that many people in South Africa hold such fake documents has become a major issue in the countries such as the UK where the sanctions have been introduced according to which all the South Africans must have the visa of UK prior to entering in to the country.
