To be eligible, you must have a master's degree or higher, have earned at least £20,000 in the previous year, and be proficient in the English language. If you obtain this type of visa, you can work without restrictions in the UK for three years. This means you can work for any employer, including yourself, and you do not have to have a job lined up to sponsor you before you enter Britain, unlike some other work visas in UK. Once the three years are over, you can apply for a two-year extension, and after five years, you can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
