The major benefit of a Green Card is unrestricted access to work and residence within the United States.
Eligibility
If the applicant intends to begin a commercial enterprise with an investment of $1,000,000 or more which will create employment opportunities for at least 10 permanent residents or US citizens and will benefit the American economy they are eligible to apply for this visa. In cases where the enterprise is intended to be started within a targeted employment area the criteria for minimum investment can be considerably reduced.
Employees hired under this visa by the applicant must not be independent contractors, must not be family members of the applicant and must receive salary direct from the commercial entity. All positions must be on a full time basis with staff working a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Dependents - Applicants may include spouses and dependent children under this visa.
