Mexican or Canadian applicant is to work in a pre-arranged full time or part-time job, for a U.S. employer. Self employer is not permitted. TN visa holders must ensure about their pre-arranged job before entering to United States and further no self-employer is permitted according to law in United States.
Professional Canadian or Mexican citizen has the qualifications of the profession
For getting a US TN visa, the professionals from Canada or Mexico must have the qualifications equivalent to their profession.
